This package includes: 1 hour initial consultation, preparation of all documents required to begin a California Contested Divorce, filing with the court, filing fee, service on your spouse, filing of proof of service with the court plus an additional 7 hours of attorney consultation or document drafting time.  

     This package purchase you representation by the attorney.  If you require more attorney time than the additional 7 hours as stated above, you will be charged the hourly rate of $125.00 per hour.
